摘要: The development of integrated nursing teams consisting district nurses, health visitors and practice nurses based in general is a widespread recent change primary care. This has been justified by promising to meet the need for more cost-effective service, through reduction duplication work, improvements consistency advice patients provision accessible responsive patient paper reports on topic-led qualitative interview data which were collected as part multimethod evaluation various models evolving teams. overall aim was explore progress towards integration assessing nurse workload, team effectiveness staff perception change. assessment workload reported elsewhere.
