摘要: Limited research suggests that successful implementation of integrated nursing increases perceptions overall primary health care team functioning. This paper reviews those studies and also reports on the findings relevant teamwork in wider context. Effective is essential if concept a care-led NHS to become reality. Achieving effective however fraught with difficulties requires skilled facilitation overcome obstacles such as fear change, professional jealousies diverse lines accountability. The facets good include high level participation by all members, support for innovation, clarity objectives, task orientation mutual role understanding. diversity problems encountered makes auditing collective work teams very difficult.
