摘要: Evidence exists that those teams which complete an agreed task experience improvement in team functioning. The aim of this study was to investigate whether completion the Royal College General Practitioners Quality Practice Award (QPA) improved members' perception teamworking within their Primary Health Care Teams (PHCTs). A postal questionnaire sent all 158 PHCT members 6 Scottish practices achieved QPA 2001 followed by selected telephone interviews. practitioners (GPs), nurses and administrative staff showed a statistically significant as result completing QPA, but reported lesser degree.
