摘要: Summary Objective Candidaemia is a life-threatening infectious disease, associated with septic shock, multiple organ failure, and high mortality rate. In France, reported data on the incidence of ICU-acquired candidaemia causative Candida species are scarce. The objective this study was to determine temporal trends in epidemiology risk factors intensive care unit-acquired (ICU-Cand) ICU among very large population patients. Method Demographics, patient factors, invasive device exposure nosocomial infection were collected from 2004 2013 national network 213 ICUs: REA-RAISIN. Incidence for assessed. Results Out 246,459 patients, 851 developed an ICU-cand, representing 0.3 per 1000 patients-days. rose sharply over time. albicans main species. overall 52.4% ICU-cand length stay, severity illness antimicrobial therapy at admission, immune status use procedure. independent factor (OR: 1.53; 95%CI [1.40–1.70]); sub-group analysis, effects observed C. 1.45 [1.23–1.71]), tropicalis 2.11 [1.31–3.39]) "other" 1.64 [1.09–2.45]).
