摘要: Ionization of the acidic phospholipid phosphatidylglycerol has been studied by measuring surface potential monomolecular films lipid as a function aqueous subphase pH and concentration monovalent cations (Li, Na, Cs). It is shown that experimental data can be interpreted means Gouy-Chapman theory in its simplest formulation, provided an adsorption at membrane accounted for. This allows us to predict ionization state for given ionic conditions subphase. Above 4, ion higher than 10 mM, or concentrations above 0.1 mM 5.6, fully deprotonated. Within limits our theoretical approach, association constants lie around 0.1-0.6 M-1.
