摘要: The contamination of soils by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is a widespread environmental problem and the remediation PAHs from these areas has been major concern. effectiveness many in situ bioremediation systems may be constrained low contaminant bioavailability due to limited aqueous solubility or large magnitude sorption. objective this research was evaluate effect methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MCD) on bioaugmentation Paracoccus sp. strain HPD-2 an aged PAH-contaminated soil. When 10% (W/W) MCD amendment combined with PAH-degrading bacterium HPD-2, percentage degradation total significantly enhanced up 34.8%. Higher counts culturable bacteria higher soil dehydrogenase polyphenol oxidase activities were observed MCD-assisted This strategy showed significant increases (p < 0.05) average well color development (AWCD) obtained BIOLOG Eco plate assay, Shannon-Weaver index (H) Simpson (γ) compared controls, implying that at least partially restored microbiological functioning results suggest MCD-aided promising practical for soils.
