摘要: A chlorothalonil (CTN)-degrading bacterial strain H4 was isolated in this study from a contaminated soil by continuous enrichment culture to identify its characteristics and investigate potential for remediation of CTN soil. Based on the morphological, physiological biochemical tests 16S rDNA sequence analysis, identified as Stenotrophomonas sp. After liquid 7 d, 82.2% removed H4. The isolate could degrade over broad range temperatures pH values, optimum conditions degradation were 7.0 30 °C. Reintroduction bacteria into artificially resulted substantial removal (> 50%) after incubation 14 d. Soil samples treated showed significant increases (P < 0.05) dehydrogenase activity, polyphenol oxidase average well-color development obtained Biolog Eco plateTM assay Shannon-Weaver index, compared with control. Strain might be promising candidate application bioremediation CTN-contaminated soils.
