摘要: Elevated NO3- and chlorothalonil (CTN) have been found in production nursery recycling ponds. Bacillus cereus strain NS1 isolated from pond sediment was assessed for its ability to reduce degrade CTN a mineral medium. The results showed that the efficiency of reduction degradation by B. were related nature organic carbon sources added In medium amended with 100 mg/L yeast extract, 86% (100 mg/L) 99% (78 microg/L) simultaneously removed during first day experiment. It took 6 days removal 82-93% 87-91% media containing glucose acetate. needed as energy electron donors respire NO3-, CTN. These suggest may great potential remediate contaminated water
