摘要: A sample population of 692 individuals (age thirteen through twenty-six) was utilized to investigate the stages bereavement. The Thurston Equal-Appearing Interval Attitude scale designed measure attitudes toward death used. mean attitude score studied with respect recency experience (i.e., How long has it been since an emotionally close friend or relative yours died?). Plotting means for each month up twelve months yielded a series five mourner passes through. stages, which indicate final acceptance mourners as occurring around eighth after death, were resolved normal.
