摘要: In an optical near eye display system, a monolithic three-dimensional microstructure is formed by waveguide substrate with at least one DOE having grating regions that integrate the functions of in-coupling incident light into waveguide, exit pupil expansion in or two directions, and out-coupling from within single element. An region couples to beam steering region. The provides out waveguide. can be configured two-dimensional (2D) periodic directions.
