摘要: Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral disease caused by dengue virus (DENV). The endemic to more than 100 countries with 390 million infections per year. Humoral immune responses during primary and secondary DENV are well-investigated. However, the impact of infection on B cell subsets their antibody-independent functions not well-documented. Through this study, we aimed define distribution in acute phase characterize effect such as differentiation into memory plasma cells cytokine production. In our cohort Cambodian children, observed decreased percentages CD24(hi)CD38(hi) CD27(-) naive within CD19 population increased CD27(+)CD38(hi)CD138(+) early 4 days post appearance fever patients severe compared mild disease. Lower CD19(+)CD24(hi)CD38(hi) DENV-infected were associated concentrations soluble CD40L patient platelet counts these patients. addition, CD19(+)CD27(-) from did produce IL-10 or TNF-alpha upon stimulation vitro, suggesting contribution an altered response infection. isolated refractory TLR/anti-IgM which correlated expression inhibitory Fc gamma receptors (Fc R) CD32 LILRB1 Collectively, results indicate that defective may contribute pathogenesis
