摘要: The enhanced cardiac contractility effect of human recombinant growth hormone (hr-GH) on the congestive heart failure (CHF) was studied pig. To build a pig model failure, temporary artificial pacemaker implanted in pig’s body and paced at 220 beats to 240 per minute for 1 week. After successfully set up, frequency changed 150 180 maintain CHF stable. Pigs were divided into three groups: hr-GH group which 0. 5 mg/kg day administrated intramuscularly 15 days, injection control an equal amount physiological saline injected intramuscularly, normal group. left ventricular diastolic end pressure (10.60 ± 2.41) mmHg group, but (19. 00 3.81) (P < 0.01); Cardiac output (1.86 0.13) L/min (1.56 0.18) 0.05); Peripheral vascular resistance (56.88 7.51) mmHg·(L/min)−1 whereas (70.30 11.59) + dp/dtmax (2900 316.23) (2280 286.36) hr-HG respectively 0.05). results show that enhances myocardial CHF, built by high rate stimulation is reasonable applicable.
