摘要: Aim: To explore the experiences of community children’s nurses (CCNs) and palliative care (CPCNs) who provide end-stage to children with cancer in family home. Method: A qualitative approach was adopted. One-to-one interviews facilitated case discussions were undertaken 30 had provided a child or young person cancer. grounded theory approachwas used for data analysis. Findings: Because relative rarity childhood many CCNs CPCNs engage infrequently people. This makes it difficult them develop maintain knowledge skills. There is variation out-of-hours service provision available families. Conclusion: Further funding needed teams trained, experienced can people 24 hours day 365 days year.
