摘要: Abstract In nembutal-anesthetized rats, the sympathetic nerves to submaxillary gland were stimulated electrically during simultaneous intravenous infusion of tyrosine-C14 and dopa-H3. Stimulation resulted in a four- five-fold increase norepinephrine synthesis from but not Endogenous content tyrosine specific activity significantly altered. The results suggest an impulse-induced acceleration adrenergic neurone. Synthesis is apparently at or before hydroxylation step, although there are no changes hydroxylase. rate might be controlled by transport, product inhibition, endogenous inhibitors cofactors
