摘要: Summary • Pure cultures of Tuber maculatum , melanosporum aestivum macrosporum rufum and brumale were isolated characterized by morphological molecular methods. • The mycelia from fruit bodies identification was performed using specific primers, restriction fragment length polymorphism and/or sequence analyses the ITS region. • The species grew between 1.1 mm wk −1 14 mm wk on selected medium. The mycelium different showed several common features such as hyphal anastomoses, vesicle formation aggregation. Differences found in frequency these pattern. also differences branch angle, septal distance, diameter rate growth hyphae. • This result opens possibility pure mycelial spp. for experimental purposes commercial production infected truffle plants.
