摘要: Polymorphisms of a ribosomal DNA region (ITS) have been analysed using specific pair primers, in order to type fruitbodies and ectomycorrhizae different truffle species. The identification was obtained by digestion the PCR products restriction enzymes. results show that strategy used is both suitable sensitive characterize symbiotic fungi from few mycorrhized root tips.
