摘要: In Jordan, the Foot and Mouth Disease Vitus (FMDV) infection among sheep herds resulted in a two intermittent outbreaks at years 2006 to 2008. The present work was undertaken isolate serotype virus from convalescent sheep, which exposed natural infection. A total of 113 orp-pharyngeal swabs (OP) were collected after outbreaks. FMDV isolated using cell culture BHK-21 cells that induced clear cytopathogenic changes (CPE) comparison reference control (non-infected cells). Nine out (113) OP showed cellular on (7.96%). concentrations isolates CPE confirmed by infectivity titration, revealed significant correlation between rate morphological titers. adapted with or without formation serotyped capture ELISA. obtained serotypes O A. represented highest percentage (5.3%), least (2.65%).
