摘要: Thymectomy in neonatal pigs results marked lymphopenia. Surface Ig immunofluorescence, Fc rosettes and SRBC have been used to identify blood lymphocyte subpopulations. There was no reduction numbers of cells these subpopulations after thymectomy, although their proportion increased. This change explained by a 90% ‘null’ lymphocytes, defined as those lacking slg Dextran receptor, which comprised 30–45% lymphocytes.
