摘要: Although in many ways apparently conventional, the lymphoid system of pig differs from that other species some important respects: The lymph node is structurally inverted with a peculiar medulla and its efferent almost devoid lymphocytes since recirculating emigrate directly into veins. Moreover large proportion blood (~40% 4000/mm3) young pigs are Null T-dependent cells which do not recirculate1,2Although there have been careful studies incidence different organs (see 2) quantitative data lacking on migration labelled to tissues their changes time. This paper using 51Cr- FITC-labelling provides evidence major heterogeneity tissue lymphocyte population behaviour including for two types Peyer’s patch.
