Polarization-Dependent Ti 2p-Resonant X-ray Raman Scattering from Ti2O3

摘要: Detailed resonant X-ray emission spectra (XES) and these polarization dependences of Ti2O3 were obtained by excitation at the Ti 2p absorption edge. About 100 XES observed in different configurations. Raman scattering showed two types crystal field (dd) excitations as well charge-transfer (CT) excitations. Bulk states powder sample measurement, which is photon-in/photon-out method. Partial photon yields (PPYs) some elementary extracted from spectra. The CT hidden total electron yield spectra, but revealed PPY measurements. Symmetry information was acquired on basis dependences.
