摘要: The aim of this report was to investigate what action is currently being undertaken address the issue work related road safety within various corporate organisations in Australia. As part study we wanted obtain an overview practices employed by a sample fleets. These fleets were diverse terms their size, vehicle fleet and tasks. We also seeking identify limitations there on current activities could be done improve access new initiatives future. research involved interviewing number operators requesting views topic safety. looked not only place from organisationrs perspective but establish if any conceptual links between philosophies manager culture company its staff. did highlight nature challenges face dealing with issue. It showed that larger demonstrated much higher degree activity commitment driver Whilst smaller see as important issue, they do have which restrict ability introduce additional countermeasures. included lack resources, cultural complacency around limited support management. suggested continuing evolve general practice, recognition awareness however evidence suggests it still considerable way behind when compared other forms
