摘要: Summary Soil-microbiological investigations carried out in the spruce ecosystem belonging to ecological monitoring station of Tharandt Faculty Forestry served evalute effect an urea fertilization experiment entire humus profile under a mature stand during three subsequent years (separately for subhorizons O 1 , f h and A ) as well young plantations combined liming phosphate (forest floor horizon). After clearcutting microbiological decomposition transformation organic soil substance were intensified on cutover area following plantation. Liming planting site led rise p H value causing improvement soil-microbiological parameters: cellulose breakdown; thiosulphate oxidation; germ numbers bacteria, actinomycetes autotrophic nitrifiers ureolytic desulfurizing microorganisms oxidizing elementary sulphur.
