摘要: Summary The effect of urea with addition the nitrificide 1-carbamoyl-3(5)-methyl pyrazole (CMP) was compared that and lime ammonium nitrate when applying it superficially in a spruce stand. Urea enhanced microbial activity to higher degree than nitrate. Under conditions high acidity humus content strongly lowered number nitrifying bacteria. In this germination numbers bacteria, ureolytic microorganisms actinomycetes were slightly reduced for certain time. nitrogen pH. value temporarily increased contents, which are low by nature rawhumus, lowered. preparation depends upon time needed its infiltration into layer. For 15–30 d is pronounced ess ≧ 70 d.
