摘要: Rising gas prices, carbon constraints, fuel economy standards, and the desire for energy independence are driving development of PHEV which expected to achieve equivalent 100 miles per gallon gasoline. If they significant market potential, will have a huge impact on electric industry, increasing load by an amount could put grid at risk. The challenges faced today's power system severe. It is designed moderate increase due long time investments in electricity generation, lines cables but faces future large new with different patterns. This paper investigates stability using potential generated around equilibrium points analysis stochastic energy-like Lyapunov function.
