摘要: The fuzzy front end (FFE) of new product development (NPD) has been an important area research during the last decade. FFE is recognized by several researchers as part innovation process where most substantial improvements can be achieved with minimum cost. This paper investigates former to determine if there a common perception FFE. Referring state art and nature FFE, it argued that ‘ideal’ model brings limited value firm. A number contextual factors influence characteristics are presented further argue this finding. That is, context far too overlooked in search for strategy.
