摘要: A comprehensive study of critical parameters in the pig pancreatic lipase (PPL) catalysed transesterification sunflower oil to novel biofuels integrating glycerol into their composition is reported. The influence oil/alcohol ratio, temperature, quantity enzyme and water added pH have been investigated. enzymatic activity PPL was found be greatly influenced by pH, reaching notable activities at high values (10-12), contrast other lipases. addition small quantities NaOH (up 0.1 mL) as coadjuvant reaction enhances enzymes. This remarkable behaviour, reported for first time, may pave way utilisation these relatively cheap enzymes large scale commercial biodiesel production. Besides, a containing mono- diglycerides using biocatalyst has developed.
