摘要: Abstract An efficient procedure is described for the isolation of heterothallic and homothallic Sordariaceae from soil. New strains obtained by this method were classified to genus on basis ascospore morphology ornamentation. Hetero- Neurospora spp. most often isolated soils collected in tropics, whereas Gelasinospora both tropical temperate zone soils. The use molecular probes genomic DNA isolates showed that all new contained a sequence similar A mating type N. crassa , but none type. In contrast, sequences . Genomic cultures species ( G. calospora, reticulospora S23), Sordaria S. fimicola macrospora ), Anixiella A. sublineata ) also sequences. Unlike corresponding either or type, not both. Hybridization with additional was performed characterize further restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs). Surprisingly, many could be distinguished one another morphologically several probes, although they distinct geographical regions. This contrast numerous RFLPs detected between isolates.
