摘要: La IL-10 es una citocina Th2 cuya concentracion aumenta en los ratones alergicos tras la inmunizacion y provocacion especifica con alergenos. Sin embargo, se sabe que reduce respuesta alergica parece participar su resolucion. En este trabajo describen resultados preliminares de un modelo experimental alergico inducido ovoalbumina deficientes IL-10. Los indican falta puede disminuir celularidad general eosinofilia via respiratoria. Sigue sin conocerse funcion tiene alergica.
