摘要: Summary— Thirty-two female patients with clinical and urodynamic findings of genuine stress urinary incontinence were evaluated before 6 months after surgery for incontinence. Twenty-nine control had identical evaluations which did not involve the urethrovesical junction. Twenty-four primary bladder instability similar served as a second group. Anatomical landmarks indicating support to junction by position urethra at most dependent point in on straining urethral descent beneath posterior ramus symphysis pubis bead chain cystography. The drop was transrectal ultrasonography. Cystographic ultrasonographic tests during very sensitive women (94 87% respectively) but much less specific (45 48% respectively). When evaluating anatomical its straining, these both highly (97 94% (76 96% incontinence. Simple junction, such Q tip test, are nonspecific Transrectal ultrasonography is simple quick out-patient procedure. availability ultrasound equipment clinics high sensitivity specificity test make it an attractive cost-effective alternative X-ray cystography pre-operative evaluation
