摘要: Abstract Part I of this paper contained a technological description and economic evaluation large-scale high-end CDW recycling plant in the Lisbon Metropolitan area. It concludes that viability is likely under operating conditions considered, but these may will very probably change near future. The reasons for such assumption have to do with inherent uncertainty related generation (which might vary, instance, due socio-economic region), as variability input gate fees tariffs associated landfilling rejected materials, which are market dependent parameters. This made it necessary perform an (simplified) sensitivity analysis, focused on investment return period global balance. If parameters plant's capacity, fee landfill varied, affected different ways, though its value generally kept below 8 years, parameter variations ±30%. analysis indicates performance single parameters, except was considered vary simultaneously all others. Extreme best worst scenarios were also tested attempt define model's boundaries.
