摘要: Bronchoscopy in the new millennium spells an exciting time for pulmonologist, which likens to Alice peering through looking glass into a wonderland of miniaturized probes, optics, and technology that are advancing at maddening pace. Although scientists continue push envelope using nanotechnology may facilitate further miniaturization probes allow imaging cellular or molecular level, it is opportune evaluate strengths weaknesses available technologies bronchoscopic techniques diagnosis staging lung cancer, its early detection palliation. We appraise current what they hold future.
