摘要: Vitamin E has been a generic term for all tocopherol and tocotrienol derivatives. The most active form of vitamin isoforms in vivo is regarded to be -tocopherol which the only defined as US Food Nutrition Board, causing controversy over setting dietary reference intake (DRI) E. However, countries other than maintain original concept that are accepted but with different biopotency. roles have received continuous attention. Among them those -tocotrienol studied comparison -tocopherol, since comprises major many plant seeds both implicated unique physiological functions. This review summarizes findings led better understanding absorption, transport, tissue storage various functions common specific focusing - well tocotrienols. It expected help redefining its DRI Koreans.
