摘要: Abstract The effectiveness of dynorphin-(1–13) in suppressing heroin withdrawal was studied. At a dose 60 μg/kg body weight, effective symptoms. When saline administered strong placebo effect noticed that, however, did not influence the outcome results. Only three out twelve patients receiving experienced some mild side-effects such as feeling warm, dizziness and precordial formication.
