摘要: c-fos and c-myc proto-oncogenes code for very unstable mRNAs (Dani et al. 1984, 1985; Greenberg Ziff 1984; Kruijer Muller Treisman Bonnieu 1989; Rahmsdorf 1987; Piechaczyk Blanchard 1994). Many experiments have suggested that the information required destabilization may lie within multiple discrete regions of these mRNAs, including both coding (Kabnick Housman 1988; Shyu 1989, 1991; Laird Wisdom Lee 1990, Bernstein 1992; Herrick Ross 1994) 3´ noncoding (Treisman Fort Wilson Jones Cole 1988, 1990; Brewer Aghib portions molecule.
