摘要: Abstract The c-fos proto-oncogene transcript is one of the most labile mammalian mRNAs known. Rapid degradation mRNA mediated by both protein-coding region and an AU-rich element in 3'-untranslated region. Here we present evidence that coding contains multiple destabilizing elements can function independently to facilitate deadenylation decay mRNA. ability these direct requires assembly ribosomes at 5' end this domain and, likely, translation message.
