摘要: The adoptive immunotherapy of cancer refers to the transfer, tumor-bearing host, immunologically competent cells capable mediating responses against tumor. Specific is a theoretically attractive approach treatment tumors although few examples exist effective established syngeneic solid using this modality. Early reports from Delorme and Alexander (1964) claimed that thoracic duct lymphocytes immunized rats as well xenogeneic animals (Alexander et al., 1966) could mediate regression methylcholanthrene-induced sarcomas. Borberg al. (1972) treated mice bearing Meth-A sarcoma with up 4 × 109 succeeded in causing tumors. Using tumor, but an alternative method immunization, Berendt North (1980) have demonstrated intravenous infusion sensitized T immune donors cause complete growing T-deficient host. They also showed splenocytes inhibit regression, suggesting suppressor existed Fernandez-Cruz was curing subcutaneous Smith (1977) peritoneal exudate guinea pigs were line 10 hepatoma.
