摘要: An experiment was conducted to test the effects of interpersonal group process feedback on behaviors and task performance in groups. The form based research findings about characteristics that lead effective goal setting. resulted changes dominance individual members. No friendly or emotionally expressive were found. Feedback had no effect performance. results are discussed terms implications for relationship between stability behavior patterns.
