摘要: Abstract A case of carcinoma arising in a congenitally dilated biliary tract is reported. Forty-seven cases which congenital dilatation the was associated with were found world literature and analyzed. The association ductal to be higher than previously recognized. Carcinoma may arise any cystic portion, extrahepatic or intrahepatic. If technically safe feasible, primary excision choledochal cyst advisable, prevent risk later malignant change unexcised cyst.
