摘要: Abstract This report describes the twenty-first case of intrahepatic cystic dilatation biliary tree and first with an associated choledochal cyst. The age, incidence, clinical manifestations this disease are extremely varied prognosis, although unpredictable, has generally been unfavorable. Although appears to be quite uncommon, it is likely that will seen more frequently as awareness its existence widely disseminated. One should consider diagnosis in cases repeated jaundice or cholangitis when extrahepatic obstruction cannot identified.
