摘要: Background. The therapeutic relationship plays a key role in personality disorder (PD) psychotherapy. Some aspects of regulation appear important for treatment PD clients, including those with constricted relational schemas, poor metacognition, and over-regulation affects described here. Aim. To propose rational model how when to work on the by treating underlying pathology. Method. Formalize step-by-step procedure performing operations such as validation clients' experiences, creating sense sharedness, assessing quality order prevent repair ruptures alliance, self-disclosing therapist, metacommunication basis responses treatment. Conclusion. We discuss implications this further research into therapy process.
