摘要: A new design of the spiral flow tool has been used to gain further insight into dynamic interactions composite material during compression molding process. The geometry improved from its predecessor, and an addition extensive data acquisition system made tool. simulates a very long material, while collecting processing parameters with respect time. collected could be obtain that quantitatively describe identify materials different compositions. These also predict behavior under various conditions. mathematical model developed experimentally verified for SMC. Spiral is popular method evaluate SMC’s ability flow. proposed on how friction coefficient using this test.
