摘要: Abstract The interaction between heat transfer and flow through temperature-dependent viscosity during compression molding of a cold charge in hot mold is studied by numerical simulation two-dimensional cases. finite-element method used to solve the equations motion energy with mesh which conforms at every instant shape charge. results show that under typical operating conditions thin layer warm, low fluid surface lubricates remainder charge, undergoes nearly planar elongational deformation.
