摘要: A simple parallel detection system which allows several bremsstrahlung isochromat (inverse photoemission) spectra to be recorded simultaneously is described. It based on the dispersive properties of a LiF lens in vacuum ultraviolet previously described by Childs et al. [13] and operates photon energy range approximately 8.0-11.5eV. In instrument three isochromats can at separations 1.5eV. Its utility demonstrated with measurements Cu(111), different energies permitting easy confirmation contributions surface-localised states.
