摘要: An instrument is described for k‐resolved ultraviolet inverse photoemission spectroscopy using a LiF lens monochromator and rotatable high‐perveance electron gun. The energy resolution from all sources at ℏω=11 eV 0.6 (FWHM). angular spread of the incident electrons calibrated properties well‐known well‐characterized surface state on Cu(111), found to be 7°(FWHM).
