摘要: Giardia intestinalis (G.I), is an anaerobic protozoan and the aetiological agent of giardiasis, a diarrhoea present worldwide associated with poverty. G.I has simple life cycle alternating between cyst trophozoite. Cysts are transmitted orally to stomach transform trophozoites in intestine by multifactorial process. Recently, microvesicles (MVs) have been found be released from wide range eukaryotic cells. We observed release MVs during G.I., identifying active differentiating form. The aim current work was investigate role pathogenesis giardiasis. log phase were able increase attachment G. Caco-2 Moreover, could captured human immature dendritic cells, resulting increased activation allostimulation Lipid rafts participate MV biogenesis Nevertheless, proteomic analysis two types shown slight differences at protein levels. An understanding content derived might important implications disease.
