摘要: Giardia intestinalis is one of the major causes parasite-induced diarrhea. The disease, giardiasis, caused by trophozoites attaching to intestinal epithelium, resulting in apoptosis epithelial cells, disrupted barrier function and malabsorption. Microarray studies have detected extensive gene expression changes cells (IECs) during interaction with vitro. In present study, we examined this host-parasite further transcriptional profiling interacting using microarrays. A total 200 transcripts were significantly changed due interaction, lasting up 18 h complete growth medium. Quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR confirmed all 12 genes tested mRNA isolated separate experiments. Genes encoding proteins previously suggested be important interactions such as arginine deiminase, enolase cysteine proteinases up-regulated early but down-regulated later interaction. Cell division attachment late time-points most highly encode oxygen defense several members high membrane protein (HCMp) Gly-rich repeat (GRREAT) families. Putative small RNAs up-regulated, whereas 5S rRNA was slightly IECs. Thus, there are IECs which can for establishment infection induction giardiasis.
