摘要: Study Design Single-group, repeated measures. Objective To investigate the relationship between tubing length and tension for 6 colors of Thera-Band (each color representing a different level resistance) to estimate resistive shoulder torque provided during abduction exercise. Background is popular providing resistance in rehabilitation strengthening programs.
