摘要: We report on stratospheric and mesospheric water vapor (H2O) observations obtained by the Millimeter wave Atmospheric Sounder (MAS) in Arctic spring of 1992. In lower stratosphere, show enhanced H2O inside vortex between 450 K 625 K, agreement with other observations. upper stratosphere mesosphere, at potential temperatures 1850 2200 we find regions depressed volume mixing ratio coincident remnants high vorticity. The H2O, as well are consistent wintertime descent. It also suggests effective containment air up into mesosphere.
