Changes in sexual behavior and condom use among teenaged males: 1988 to 1995.

摘要: OBJECTIVES: This study examines shifts in sexual experience and condom use among US teenaged males. METHODS: Results from the 1988 1995 National Surveys of Adolescent Males were compared. RESULTS: The proportion never-married 15- to 19-year-old males who had sex with a female declined 60% 55% (P = .06). share those sexually active using at last intercourse rose 57% 67% < .01). Overall, without condoms year 37% 27% .001). CONCLUSIONS: Although protective behaviors teenagers have increased, significant proportions teenagers--especially Black Hispanic males--remain unprotected.
