摘要: Abstract The creation of global shipping alliances and the trend to post-Panamax container ships have put pressure on seaports respond in such a way as guarantee continued success intermodal terminals. This paper points out globalisation that is taking place how ports are responding. Emphasis terminal improvements form cranes nature competition service areas ports. Halifax Vancouver used examples trying adapt new age containerisation.
